BLUE MUSSEL – Chorito o Mejillón

Bivalve mollusc, which lives in the intertidal zone at depths not exceeding 10 m. It is distributed from the I region to the south. The aquaculture is carried out in marine and estuarine ecosystems, mainly in the X región.
